As you comfortably nestle in, I swaddle you with soft cloths wrapping around your sacred vessel. Each layer creates your outward chrysalis as I guide you through mediation into your internal chrysalis. Once in your chrysalis state, you continue to journey within where your transformation unfolds.. while I provide sound medicine, aromatherapy, and optional energy work. This is an opportunity for deep rest, whole-being renewal, and personal rebirth. What within you needs to dissolve so you can evolve? What within you needs to be alchemized so you can become your greatest version? Your inner wisdom knows the way.
